Valcori keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected:
- Unsuccessful volunteer applications will normally be deleted within 6 months.
- Information relating to active volunteers will be kept while they volunteer with us.
- Former volunteer records will normally be deleted within 12 months after they leave.
- General enquiries submitted through our contact form will normally be deleted within 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved.
If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will consider your request and, where we are legally required or permitted to do so, delete your information.
Your rights
Individuals can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us using the email address provided on our website. We will respond to requests in accordance with UK data protection law.
